About the Role
Partnerships are an important and growing marketing channel for LendingClub. We work directly with the largest personal finance websites and top brands to attract new personal loan borrowers. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Partner Marketing, this role will support the continued growth of our partnership marketing efforts. Significant opportunity for growth for a results-driven individual.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a quarterly marketing plan for a portfolio of pay for performance partnerships.
- Deploy high-impact marketing campaigns and assist in developing collateral for landing pages, co-branded emails, and partner site content.
- Manage day-to-day operations including performance tracking and reporting, technical integrations and new partner on-boarding.
- Create regular internal and external reports on campaign performance. Contribute insightful analysis to improve profitability for both partners and LendingClub.
- Ensure partner and campaign compliance with both program policies and financial regulations. Regularly interact with the Legal and Compliance department to maintain current guidelines and manage the approval process for all marketing collateral.
About You
- 3-4+ years of professional experience preferably in a partner, account or relationship management role at an advertising network, agency, or at a major advertiser.
- Outstanding relationship management skills. A strong problem solver with the ability to work collaboratively and build cross-functional relationships.
- Strong analytical skills are a must including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
