Position Responsibilities:

Manage the execution, measurement and budget of digital campaigns across marketing channels, including paid search, display, retargeting, paid social advertising and content syndication
Own all aspects of SEO to grow organic traffic including technical, structural, keyword, content and link building
Own campaign calendar and tracker to establish and maintain timelines for all campaigns
Test and monitor campaigns to optimize conversion rates; Provide insights on performance and identify areas for improvement
Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager to ensure digital campaigns are targeted to our key personas and aligned to our messaging for lead generation
Manage relationships with external entities such as Google and agency partners
Measure and report performance of digital marketing efforts, and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs), optimize spend and strategy based on insights

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred
4+ years’ experience in SEO/SEM, website optimization, analytics, social media, digital ads
Proven track record of successfully managing digital media campaigns across SEM, paid social, PPC, display advertising, retargeting
Detailed knowledge of SEO best practices as well as how to implement them.
Knowledge of Google tools suite (Analytics, Ads, AdWords, Tag Manager), YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter
Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot is a plus
Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data and provide insights
