About the role

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to come in for an initial FTC period of 6 months and be responsible for sourcing candidates for our tech teams as well as helping the Talent Acquisition team with regular process improvement projects eg candidate experience and hiring for diversity initiatives etc

What you'll be working on

    Sourcing and headhunting for the best tech talent using a variety of channels
    Identify and champion new and innovative approaches to diversity and inclusion
    Market Map and screen all candidates identified before entering them into the process
    Provide a fantastic candidate experience to everyone, regardless of whether they’re successful in securing a role with us
    Working on the next chapter talent for Zego and creating a pipeline for the future

What you'll need to be successful

    You have sourcing and boolean knowledge and are adept with using LinkedIn Recruiter
    You have experience driving and managing multiple searches and supporting multiple Recruiters
    You are able to work in a flexible environment around tight deadlines and adapt to last minute scheduling changes
    You have strong organisational skills and experience with calendar scheduling (we use google calendar)
    You are a clear communicator and have an eye for detail
