Grailed and Heroine are curated e-commerce marketplaces for men’s and women’s luxury fashion. Our community-based marketplaces are built for enthusiasts by enthusiasts, and our goal is to provide an interactive and educational meeting ground where people who are interested in fashion can buy and sell their unique pieces.

The Growth Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth trajectory, by owning and scaling multiple paid marketing channels. This individual will be responsible for managing a large budget across Google Ads (shopping and UAC), Paid Social, Retargeting and App Installs. You will help evaluate, strategize and launch new paid channels to drive continued growth for the business. The ideal candidate has experience analyzing data to inform strategic business decisions and understands the importance of testing, creative optimization and customer lifetime value.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a digital mindset, who is highly organized, can work independently, and enjoys a fast-paced environment in a fun, teamwork-oriented company. This position is based in New York City and reports to the Director of Growth Marketing.
 

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience managing Paid Social and SEM channels at a large scale
  • Analytical and data-driven background, with a proven ability to extract valuable insights and narratives from large sets of data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills — at ease describing complex strategies and approaches to various audiences within an organization, from Execs to entry-level analysts
  • Strong data analysis toolbox, including experience with Excel and Looker (or other BI tools)
  • Comfortable owning digital channels and hitting aggressive growth goals
  • Strong marketing intuition, inquisitive thinker and positive attitude towards solving problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
The following are a plus:
  • SQL skills
  • Solid grasp of attribution models and event tracking instrumentation
  • Comfortable building and maintaining models for budgeting
  • Previous experience with incrementality and lift tests
 

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and day to day management of our paid channels, including SEM, Paid Social, Retargeting and App Installs
  • Optimize creative and conversion funnel; document and share learnings
  • Maintain and evolve ROAS frameworks based on key business constraints
  • Lead channel budgeting and ensure we are spending responsibly, while driving towards goals
  • Maintain a regular cadence of detailed performance reporting, analysis and measurement — highlighting successes, learnings, opportunities and trends
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Analytics, Design and Product to ensure the entire company is oriented around our growth initiatives
  • Manage relationships and collaborate with 3rd parties including agencies, technology partners and account managers
  • Own key aspects of Grailed’s long-term paid marketing strategy, while contributing to our holistic growth vision
