Job Description

Springtide is a VC-backed rapidly-growing company that offers family-centered care for children with autism and other developmental delays.  We offer ABA, speech, occupational therapy, and social skills classes all under one roof.  Our experienced, interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to develop personalized care plans and evidence-based treatments all while using digital tools to transform the way behavioral care is delivered. 

One in 54 children are diagnosed with autism in the US today, and there is a severe gap in both the quality and quantity of available treatment options. Springtide is building a multi-center practice of best-in-class clinics, to help our children reach their greatest potential and elevate the standard of care.  Here’s how we do it:

About the role

Springtide is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) who will design effective treatment programs, deliver quality care, and lead and oversee behavioral therapists to support children and families affected by autism. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Direct client care including conducting client functional analyses & behavior assessments, creating individualized client programming, and providing training & assistance to families
  • Deliver training, supervision and oversight to clinical and administrative staff 
  • Lead training & development for new behavioral therapists to develop new BT’s 
  • Collaborating with other muti-disciplinary clinicians to incorporate evidence based strategies throughout daily treatment
  • Partner with Operations Manager to ensure high quality & consistency, and a strong team capable of working together to deliver the best-in-class care
  • Participate in research with leading academic institutions

Skills needed for success

  • 2+ years of BCBA experience
  • Outstanding clinical skills and experience 
  • Excellent leadership skills with a desire to grow & lead a team 
  • Vision and passion for developing quality standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in both Clinical and In-Home settings preferred, but not required
  • Passion for improving the lives of children with autism
