Job Summary:

Reputation currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Analytics Manager, reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations. Reputation is in the middle of a multi-year trajectory of double-digit year-over-year growth, and continuing this compounded growth and driving customer engagement will be critical to Reputation’s strategic success in the industry. Specifically, this role’s core responsibilities will focus on partnering directly with the major functions of the business to drive analytics for customer acquisition, engagement and conversion across all marketing channels. The role will serve as the primary business planning and analysis for marketing with a focused effort to facilitate and drive growth and engagement for the business.

An ideal candidate will have a background driving value through the analysis of a combination of marketing, sales, and finance functions as well as expertise/understanding grounded in long-term strategic business planning and the ability to influence executives and representatives from across the organization to achieve results in a disciplined manner. Specifically, the candidate should have familiarity or expertise in customer acquisition strategy, funnel optimization, and digital marketing strategy/optimization across all channels. General responsibilities include campaign support, business modeling, forecasting, analysis, and performance management of Reputation's marketing-focused efforts.


  • The role will partner with marketing, sales operations, data science, IT, and vendors to deliver measurement, models, and analyses to discover insights and inform strategy and recommendations to our marketing efforts.
  • Partner Closely with GTM Marketing Strategy and Operations leaders Sales to drive analytics, provide insights into the marketing programs performance, quantify the impact of strategic initiatives, and drive new strategies, ideas, and growth.
  • Architect, implement, and maintain the marketing data framework, reporting systems, data automation systems, for data across numerous customer touch points, developing capabilities tied to attribution models, audience segmentation, journey maps, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop KPIs to drive high-level oversight of business initiatives and company health, and develop regular insights from the data to enable performance management and facilitate accountability.
  • Lead high-level analysis for the global marketing organization in the area of traffic/audience forecasting, growth and engagement, and strategies and tactics to drive marketing optimization.
  • Key areas of focus will include business line strategy, customer acquisition and engagement, marketing channel(s) ROI and optimization, customer ROI and value analyses, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing and marketing analytics or operations
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online & offline marketing and measurement
  • Extensive hands-on experience of working with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Einstein); SQL and Excel is required
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals in various functional areas and various levels of management, including C-level, executives to deliver insights and observations on customers and marketing effectiveness.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills and demonstrate the ability to translate the data world to the business world and impact to ROI.
  • Ability to remain flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
