The Sr. Director of Sales, will be a senior sales leader for sales in the UK. Commitment to our employees and our culture are key to a rewarding career track. We are looking for high energy and high impact individual contributors. We want TRUE HUNTERS that can prospect deeply from outreach to close. Responsibilities:

  • Proven capability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a history of successful revenue attainment
  • Generally requires 12+ years related experience
  • Previous Sales Enablement experience strongly preferred
  • Ideal candidates will have a blend of sales, marketing and leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead and run programs and drive initiatives around sales productivity
  • C-level selling experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree a plus
  • Ensure sales executives are held accountable to their revenue goals and assist them in reaching those goals
  • Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through effectively hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking and lead generation activities
  • Natural ability to run fast while exercising sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (preferable)
  • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment is a MUST
  • Motivated and comfortable working remotely in a home office
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship building skills
  • Ability to leverage the extended team to succeed
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • The Sr. Director of Sales will be responsible for territory and account sales strategy, new customer acquisition, and existing account management
  • You will utilize your sales acumen and benefits knowledge to connect directly with prospective customers as you guide them through a consultative sales process focused on building trust, sharing best practices
  • Lead and manage a team focused on sales enablement programs and tool strategy, creation, roadmap and delivery aligned with the sales process, selling motions and best practices.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Sell Reputation.com's SaaS based Reputation Management platform in your designated territory
  • Hunt and close aggressively while owning the sales cycle
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by building personal credibility and solid trust
  • Orchestrate resources including but not limited to marketing, SDRs, Operations, Sales Operations and executives. Deploy the appropriate team to win
  • Sell value and demonstrate through sales leadership
