The Role
You will be a part of our Graphic Design team, where you will be responsible for the process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including collaterals, packaging, logos and layouts, across all of our brand and marketing touchpoints. Reporting into our Graphic Design Lead, you will play a key role in being a brand guardian for Love, Bonito, ensuring that all touch points are protected, and the brand is presented in-line with our brand toolkit and vision.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute all relevant creative online & offline artworks across different mediums and platforms in line with the creative vision
- Work closely with various inter-departmental and external teams to design and create for various campaigns and collateral across channels.
- Liaising with external vendors to ensure completion of all creative artworks within timeline.
- Maintaining a consistent approach and high level of creativity across all assets.
- Supporting the Creative team where needed
Requirements
You should have / be
- Extreme ownership and a self-starter who is hands-on with a ‘get things done’ attitude
- A passionate creative with a strong eye for fun, personable and feminine designs
- A passionate designer with a customer-centric approach to design
- Good attention to detail and an eye for good composition and layout
- Strong creative technical skills especially when it comes to layouts and packaging design
- An ability to understand and translate the creative vision as directed by creative lead and senior team members
- A performance-driven attitude and thirst for constant improvement through continuous optimizations and refinements
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box with solutions that are scalable, sustainable, yet most cost-efficient
- Curiosity, desire to learn and a growth mindset
- Strong project management and execution abilities and excitement to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience at an agency or e-commerce brand will be a plus!
- An impressive portfolio which demonstrates creative and high-quality design through a variety of projects
- Proficient with the Adobe Design software
- Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good team player, highly initiative, diligent and fun-loving
- Pays attention to details and works with a positive attitude to meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills and independent worker
- Diploma/Degree in Visual or Design communication or related studies
- Strong illustration skills will be a plus
