Job Description

Role Objective: Build B2B sales & partnerships to grow DynamiCare’s business. Increase our sales to health plans, employers, and government agencies. Find opportunities to deploy our digital care program across drugs, alcohol, and tobacco.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to build the sales pipeline and close contracts for DynamiCare’s digital care program. The rest of the company will deliver effective implementation, a high-quality product, and excellent service once the contract is signed.

In this role, you would report directly to the CEO, and work closely with the Chief Medical Officer, VP of Clinical Services, and VP of Operations & Product.

Our primary customers are health plans and employers, although we can also sell to healthcare providers and government agencies. This role combines sales & business development, in that responsibilities include building channel partnerships (with treatment programs, benefits brokers, etc.) that lead to sales.

This position is responsible for the full sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching prospects, developing proposals, and closing contracts. The company can provide support and make resources available to support each stage of the process.

In this role, you would need to navigate the complex world of digital health and you would be a key thought partner in the company’s strategy.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Quantifiable track record of success in sales and/or business development
  • Experience with cutting-edge innovations in healthcare and/or benefits
  • Understanding of the digital health space and comfort navigating complex contracting where standard reimbursement pathways have not yet been established
  • Strong connections and reputation in our target market(s)
  • Strong public speaking & presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently without a playbook — with limited guidance/oversight and limited marketing support
  • Focus on developing and documenting new processes that can be replicated as we grow
  • Passion for our mission to help people overcome addiction

Compensation

$100-160K base salary, plus commission. 0.1-0.5% equity.
Flexible vacation policy. No benefits currently.
