Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated Software Quality Assurance Engineer with strong analytical skills and hands-on manual testing experience to join the team. You must be a strong individual contributor and able to work as a part of the team to deliver expertise in a variety of software QA concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis, design, and development of Test Approaches, Test Cases, and Test scripts.

• Conduct manual functional testing, regression testing, system integration testing and report issues found during test lifecycle.

• Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to promote successful delivery of products and services.

• Support continuous improvement of the current test process.

• Manual and automated testing for the assigned project.

• Automation Setup/Run with each project.

• Investigate failed automation tests and report issues in bug tracking system as appropriate.

Skills and Knowledge:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related degree

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and analysis; formulating and executing test cases, defect tracking, and reporting

• 4+ years of automation/programming experience

• 1-2 years of Java/Apex programming experience

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Team player that is willing and able to drive collaborative efforts across the organization to improve product quality

• Ability to work productively independently and in a team environment

• Proactive, results-oriented approach to work

• Provar knowledge is a plus

Uninterrupted home-based internet is required for this role. Applicants should have sufficient internet access in their homes to attend and host video calls, as well as perform essential functions of the role which include downloading and uploading of large files to shared network drives. In general, we have found that a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is essential.
