You will:

    • Be a key internal partner to our PR agency, manage media and analyst relations, and create measurable PR and AR plans that support business goals
    • Drive editorial calendar and create engaging stories, thought leadership and news that advance Rollbar’s narrative
    • Work with Rollbar executives to represent their voice and ideas in thought leadership and byline opportunities
    • Identify publications, conferences, and content which can help move the needle on awareness
    • Create thoughtful content including press releases, Q&As, and contributed articles - collaborating with marketing team members and executives
    • End-to-end execution of incoming media opportunities
    • Manage Rollbar’s social media program from strategy through execution, including writing social media posts and customer engagement

You have:

    • 4+ years tech PR agency + in-house experience
    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and writing/editorial skills
    • Ability to distill complex ideas and content into clear and compelling stories
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to stay on top of multiple projects and programs, managing everything from strategy to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced working environment
    • Developed and maintain strong internal and external relationships at all levels
    • Enthusiastic problem solver who can improvise and think creatively
    • Not afraid to experiment with unorthodox ideas to engage audiences
    • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or related field

Bonus points:

    • Experience in developer software/technology either in-house or with an agency

Benefits and perks:

    • Competitive salary and stock options
    • Medical, dental and vision insurance
    • Parental leave: 12 weeks
    • Generous hardware, software, and home office set up allowance
    • Casual work environment
