An Outbound Sales Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be directing the Outbound Operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency. Ensure effective coaching methods throughout the outbound operations while maintaining all company policies and procedures.
Job description

Role and responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                                               Sales
 - Conversion of leads received through various stakeholders/campaigns
 - Set daily sales targets for all calling sales team members and support the team to meet up the set targets
 - Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organisational objectives
Database
 - Maintain & Increase Sales Pipeline
 - Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
 - Research on different tools to increase the sales and business         opportunities                                                                                                                    

Team Handling
 - Oversight of outbound activities and processes and derivation and implementation of improved approaches
 - Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives
 - Act as the in-charge of managing the outbound calling activity by the team members and manage daily operations of the team.
 - Monitor calls/leads to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered by the calling team members.
 - Conduct regular review of team members performance and organise training sessions for under performers

Requirements / Desired Skills:
 - 2-4 year of experience in handling Inside sales/Outbound Lead Generation teams in a B2B environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets
 - Consistent track record of achieving targets (monthly/quarterly)
 - Experience in selling Software products/Services in the past preferred
 - Successful candidates will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence with attention to detail
 - Practical experience in a similar position advantageous
 - Ability to effectively communicate in both the written and oral way
 - Goal- and customer-orientation
 - Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for 4-5 years
