How you will make an impact:

Reducing friction and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders is extremely important throughout the customer's experience. In order to bridge that gap, you’ll partner with members of the Partnerships team, Solutions team and Product Management to be a technical liaison between Technology partners and internal stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for answering all functional and technical questions pertaining to the Iterable Technology Ecosystem and assisting external partners with scoping integrations with Iterable. 

You will also advocate for our customers by speaking to them to learn about their pain points with integrations. You’ll then strategize with the Customer Success Managers to figure out potential solutions that best alleviates our customer’s pain points or work with Product Management to scope out feature requests.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Become a subject matter expert on all things related to the Iterable Partner Ecosystem and our API’s  with a focus on our Strategic Partnerships. 
  • Work with Partner Managers to help on-board and continue to offer guidance to net-new partners who want to utilize Iterable’s API based framework for integrations.
  • Become the trusted advisor to our internal technical stakeholders when it comes to our Technology Partners. Work with other Solutions Architects, Solutions Consultants and Product Managers to offer expertise about our Technology integrations. 
  • Troubleshoot and help debug integrations to the best of your ability that are owned by Iterable.
  • Scope, manage, and deliver solution specifications for Product Management with new and changes to existing integrations. 
  • Take ownership of post-sales technical issues in partnership with Customer Success, working with cross-functional teams to document problem resolution steps and troubleshooting procedures around our technology partners
  • Conduct product training and demo new partner integrations to the Iterable GTM team. 
  • Assist with deep technical demos for Technology and Channel partners

 

We are looking for people who have:

  • B2B Partnership or customer facing experience with a SaaS company
  • Experience working with APIs, Mobile SDKs, HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript
  • Experience with cloud technology such as AWS (EC2/S3/Lambda/Redshift), Heroku, and iPaas
  • Experience with web frameworks such Django, Ruby on Rails, and Flask
  • Experience with mobile development in either iOS (Swift) or Android
  • Understanding of mobile technologies such as deep linking and mobile attributions
  • Experience with leading software implementation and support
  • Experience providing technical consultations to executive level decision makers
  • Previous experiencing solving technical problems
