We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager that thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment to help create world-class hiring strategies. Become the subject matter expert for our current applicant tracking system (Greenhouse HR), and lead many aspects for DataRobot's implementation of Workday. Reporting to the VP, of Global Talent Acquisition, your primary areas of responsibility include enterprise project management and operations management within the TA Team. You will partner with the TA team to ensure crisp execution of process, TA Programs and efficient use of systems. Lastly, the you will own TA data quality and development and ongoing support (and enhancement) of performance Dashboards.

The acts in a leading capacity to drive key projects and initiatives across the enterprise talent acquisition team, while acting as a subject matter expert on all underlying systems, reporting strategies, processes and data sources. This professional is an individual contributor, and must be highly capable of engaging the help and support of others across the TA team. 

Role Summary

  • Build and Invest in high-quality relationships across the enterprise HR organization.
  • Serve as our subject matter expert for TA systems, partner systems and resources, as well as create new processes (and adjusting existing processes) for meaningful efficiencies and clarity of data.
  • Assist with Workday implementation and vendor selection/management.
  • Assume lead role in ongoing 2020/2021 key initiatives
  • Partner with the VP, of Global Talent Acquisition and internal HR business partners in building process maps and assessing the current workflow and supporting systems with an eye toward efficiency and a supreme level of recruiter/stakeholder experience
  • Build a comprehensive process map for each location from application to day-1, and use this information to inform decision making around systems and resourcing decisions.


  • 6 to 10 Years of professional experience, ideally all within HR.  Your most recent 3+ years has been focused within TA Operations, and you have substantial expertise as a project manager/operations manager within a high-performance global Human Resources team.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes and how modern recruiting and talent teams support a global technology business.
  • Collaborative, collegial, and capable of building high-quality relationships, and working effectively with global HR team members with different backgrounds and areas of expertise.
  • Creative – passionate about developing and building documents and using reporting tools that tell a clear and compelling story.
  • Experience with the Google suite of products. Skilled at developing, maintaining and presenting detailed plans used to track projects, make business cases, and build support for initiatives.
  • Organized, highly analytical and data-driven, proactive, with high-energy and a solutions orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills:  writing, speaking, & presentation.
