One of the main services we own is Ping, Wix’s notifications system: it enables Wix apps to send notifications to users, site-members and visitors on multiple channels such as email, mobile, and SMS.

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to work hand by hand with developers and test our product. This is your opportunity to join a professional team, as well as learn and share knowledge with Wix’s teams around the world.

You are:

A QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software testing. You are responsible, want to take ownership and have the passion to create the best possible product. Your strong technical skills make you a pro at identifying issues and solving complex problems. Web-related knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, Browser debugging) is needed.

You’re self-motivated, self-taught and your written and spoken English is at a high level. You’re independent  and can switch tasks regularly without losing focus. You know how to ask the right questions and push back when it’s needed. You're ready to be a QA focal point for the complete dev team. You can also lead other QA engineers around cross-company efforts and testing campaigns.

Bonus points - Working in similar web based companies, using web servers APIs, testing on mobile.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will:

• Take an active part in influencing design, UX and product requirements using your strong QA background
• Write and execute functional and non-functional tests for new features and products
• Analyze live user flows to be used as a base for your self-composed test plans
• Use automation tools to automate regression QA cycles and assure high test coverage
• Keep engagement up with a high-speed development process and ongoing deliveries, executing and adjusting your testing activities accordingly
• Use your sharp eyes and technical knowledge to ensure Wix users enjoy a flawless web experience
• Join Wix’s QA guild, take part in cross-company activities and use the guild to grow your testing professionalism and skills
