Job Description
Uniphore, the leader in conversational UI, is looking for two Senior Account Executives for the Northeast and Southeast USA territories. We are looking for dynamic Senior Account Executives with a proven track record to cultivate and grow their territory. In this role, you will use your extensive network and contact center domain expertise to initiate and support sales at Uniphore. You will be responsible for networking within the territory, identifying prospective clients, and engaging with prospects and selling them the value of the Uniphore platform.
Uniphore Conversational Service Automation platform enables companies to provide automation and insights through automating the front end of calls, providing agents with automation at the desktop and After-Call work, and rich deep post call analytics.
Responsibilities:
Be a key player in Uniphore’s field sales team to drive net new business sales
Drive complex sales cycles orchestrating your client and Uniphore’s team of pre-sales, discovery, and delivery
Be accountable for achieving financial targets, as well as delivering to the customers’ expectations
Experience and Qualifications:
Extensive experience selling SaaS/Cloud based/contact center solutions to C-levels with enterprise accounts
Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Uniphore solutions with prospective accounts
Proven success with transformation selling and strategy
Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
Bachelor's degree in business or other related field, or equivalent
5+ years of experience working as an Account Executive
Ability to work with people at all levels inside and outside the company
Strong negotiation and persuasion skill-set
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-managing and motivated in completing ones duties
