We've got some of the most engaged customers in the business, and we are building a sales team that reflects our customer focus and our mission. As an early sales hire, you'll report to our Head of Sales, be a part of shaping our sales strategy and organization and have the opportunities to grow into a leadership role.

You will:

  • Partner with customers to understand issues in their talent pipelines and opportunities to make their job content more engaging and inclusive.
  • Be a guide to prospective customers throughout their sales journey with us, listening to their needs and helping them evaluate TapRecruit as a potential solution for their hiring needs.
  • Provide demos of our editor to potential customers.
  • Be the voice of the customer and the market, advocating for product and process changes that can better help serve our customers.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales goals and work with our scientists and customer success team to support and set expectations for customers.
  • Manage (and improve) our CRM systems.

You have:

  • 4+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in SaaS or Enterprise software sales
  • Experience in SaaS sales, partnerships or business development would be helpful although we are open to non-traditional backgrounds
  • Familiarity with any major applicant tracking systems or HrTech broadly may be useful
  • Work authorization in the United States
