Job Description

Role Purpose:

Ensure Greensill can attract and retain Talent by providing strategic and day to day leadership to the development, implementation and maintenance of the global pay, reward and benefits proposition.


  • Design and implement global Salary, Bonus, Benefit and Mobility policies and frameworks that will enable the transition to a publicly owned company with the respective levels of Governance that will be required
  • Manage the annual salary review, bonus and LTIP processes
  • Be the custodian of all LTIP schemes ensuring appropriate global governance and tax treatments
  • Define and manage the global Benefits proposition
  • Identify and implement the appropriate systems and processes to ensure global consistency and efficiency
  • Identify and implement and manage a fit for purpose Job Framework
  • Provide benchmarking and market related pay research to enable Greensill to attract and maintain talent
  • Lead the preparation of papers for the Compensation Committee in conjunction with the external remuneration advisors, FIT
  • Deliver reports and MI to provide Insights into the efficacy of the Reward proposition
  • Provide oversight of all pension plans
  • Lead and develop the Reward and Global Mobility Manager

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience of managing a range of LTIP schemes
  • Experience of working at a senior HR level globally including M&A experience
  • Experience of working on a global scale.
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to influence and lead continuous organisational change
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs
  • Experience of operating with a high degree of autonomy
  • Able to deliver innovative approaches to complex problems

  • Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail
