The Opportunity
 
As our first Revenue Operations (RevOps) hire, you will be responsible for the alignment of sales, marketing and customer success operations across the full customer life cycle to drive growth through operational efficiency and keep all teams accountable to revenue. Kandji is growing extremely fast, and we are looking for a RevOps expert with a proven track record in sales & marketing or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS context and is excited about building and owning a new and evolving function. Initially, you will own management of current revenue operations centralized in HubSpot (CRM, marketing, support). As we scale, you will own addition or transition to supplementary or alternate platforms as needed.

Day to Day

    • Hands-on management of key Revenue Operations program areas in order to optimize the entire customer journey from the first touchpoint through renewal.
    • Be a leader and linchpin to make sure that sales, marketing, and customer success processes are efficient, aligned, and following best practices.
    • Lead projects ranging from GTM health and overall progress, process definition and refinement, systems implementation, data infrastructure, and value-added analytics.
    • Provide sales operational support, including but not limited to territory management, headcount and capacity management, commission calculations, account and opportunity management, and rules of engagement decisions.
    • Provide marketing operational support, including but not limited to inbound lead routing, data hygiene and enrichment, lead scoring and prioritization, attribution modeling, and campaign measurement.
    • Provide customer success operational support, including but not limited to CSAT and other customer health measurement, knowledge base and support chat optimization, billing operations, contract management and reporting, and renewal workflows.
    • Run ad hoc analysis on trends, segmentation and activity to inform leadership decisions on how to scale our sales, customer success, support, and marketing teams.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Strong leadership experience in Sales & Marketing or Revenue Operations at a fast-growing SaaS start-up.
    • Proven experience building a Revenue Operations strategy from the ground up.
    • Hands-on experience managing a wide variety of revenue technology; CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, outbound tools like Outreach, marketing automation tools like HubSpot, customer success platforms like Zendesk, billing tools like Stripe, and other lead routing, planning, and reporting tools.
    • Critical thinker, you don’t take directives at face value, you consider the task at hand, offering constructive feedback to improve processes.
    • Experience with data analysis, segmentation, and reporting, you can give examples of how you’ve used data to make decisions.
    • Proven history of driving multiple complex projects at the same time to on-time completion in a fast-moving environment.
    • Have strong quantitative skills and are highly data fluent - you’re able to develop and communicate penetrating insights that inform how we organize and scale our revenue teams.
