Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support all company employees and technology including but not limited to software, hardware, AV equipment, POS, mobile devices, basic networking and more
- Special focus on operational equipment in our warehouses and retail locations
- Manage daily ticket queue and tasks while following department process and SLAs
- Manage and deploy hardware, accessories and software for users and projects
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Manage and deploy annual computer upgrades
- Create, test, update and deploy software upgrades via automation tools
- Complete repairs on defective equipment or manage their service
- Order service parts for warranty equipment and perform repairs
- Prepare and sell/donate out of service equipment
- Work with IT team to develop training curriculum and perform training
- Manage multiple different technology projects across all areas of the company
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 4+ Years Macintosh desktop support experience
- Experience with Unix/Shell Scripting and electronic deployment or MDM tools a plus
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail including ability to work with numbers and financials
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
- Able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work overtime with little advance notice
- Position will be “on call” after hours on a rotating schedule
- Position will require travel between multiple local offices
- Position may require travel out of state
