About the role:
This role will focus on crafting and scaling Airlift’s core accounts, payments and book-keeping processes. By bringing structure and process to the Company’s accounts payable, accounting and payments infrastructure, the role will lead the path for stronger and more streamlined processes and flow of accounts.
Requirements:
This role will manage a team that incorporates compliance, accounts payable, accounting and book-keeping, payments and vendor management. We are seeking candidates that have prior management experience, especially in the finance and accounting fields, and can bring a keen eye for process:
- Build the core processes for managing accounts payables and receivables,
- Develop strong controls and systems for effective bookkeeping and ERP deployment,
- Support the financial reporting and analysis processes on an ongoing basis,
- Introduce new and more efficient ways of managing supplier payments,
- Mobilize strong controls around cash management and revenue realization.
