About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Demand Generation Programme Manager to join our marketing organisation in the UK or Ireland. You will be a highly visible contributor who will manage the campaigns that generate and nurture sales leads. You’ll be joining an experienced, highly collaborative, fast-moving team that gets the job done. The ideal candidate is a creative, critical-thinker with an understanding and proven track record in email marketing, content marketing, digital advertising and multi-channel demand generation campaigns. As the Demand Generation Programs Manager, you will be executing world-class integrated campaigns to scale our marketing reach and partner with our sales team to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Drive strategy, execution and optimisation of integrated campaigns to expand our marketing reach, drive pipeline for Sales and achieve company revenue goals
- Manage campaign planning and determine targeting and messaging to drive net-new leads and nurture existing leads
- Own the execution and measurement of campaigns and their contribution to sales and revenue goals
- Manage campaign content and offers: identify existing content, assets and offers to leverage for country specific campaigns; drive localisation of existing content and conduct market research and needs analysis to generate ideas and submit requests into the content team to fill content gaps.
- Manage activity calendar, write campaign emails, work with subject matter experts on webinars, and manage content distribution including ebooks, white papers, webinars, and blogs, aligned to campaign themes
- Partner closely with Sales to enable campaign follow-up and deliver new program playbooks; look for ways to improve GTM collaboration
- Measurement: Create reports and dashboards for campaign performance against leads, opportunities and revenue targets; analyze results for ongoing campaign optimisation; socialize and share results and ongoing learning
- Work with multiple stakeholders and agencies to ensure alignment on delivery and timely execution of deliverables
About you
- 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech marketing, IT/Security is a plus
- Direct experience planning and executing demand generation campaigns, end-to-end, against measurable goals
- Experience with integrated marketing, email marketing, webinars, content syndication, digital, website, and content marketing
- Strong writing skills: be able to write strong subject lines and conversational email copy, landing page headlines and LinkedIn posts
- Analytic skills: own your metrics, perform campaign analysis, and derive actionable insights for marketing and the business overall to optimize campaign performance
- Strong project management across multiple teams and work streams
- Presentation and influence skills: generate excitement, participation and support for all campaigns across sales, marketing and management teams
- Preferred: experience with Marketo (beginner to intermediate) or similar marketing automation platform, and Salesforce (set up SFDC campaigns, create reports and dashboards)
- Time management skills and attention to detail are a must
- Education: BA/BS in marketing, communications, business or related field
- French and/or German speaking a plus
