We are seeking college graduates to join our Professional Services team as Business Transformation Analysts (BTA).
What You Will Be Doing
- Participate in discovery sessions in conjunction with Engagement Managers (EM), Business Transformation Managers (BTM) and Solution Architects (SA) to confirm understanding and documentation of clients’ current state workflows
- Partner with BTM to provide recommendations around future state workflow possibilities given short-term vs long-term client priorities, goals, use cases, requirements, technical infrastructure/limitations and timelines
- Participate/Lead in the Discovery portion of implementation (depending on complexity of engagement)
- Amend workflows as needed and determine the need for Change Management in coordination with the BTM
- Clearly document any workflow changes with confirmed internal and external buy-in
- Assist in creating the Functional Design and Non Coding Configuration
- Take ownership to proactively research and resolve client issues
- Drive continuous feedback loops cross-functionally to communicate best practices/lessons learned
- Work with internal teams to share customer feedback about future enhancements
What We Will Expect From You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant major
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment
- Demonstrate initiative, ownership and independent judgement
- Demonstrate customer service, teamwork, communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Position may require up to 50% travel
