Job Description

We have built the KONUX Predictive Maintenance System for Rail Switches, the first AI-based solution for the rail industry. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of our growing Marketing Team, reporting to the Marketing Lead. You will own the planning, execution and optimization of B2B digital marketing campaigns. The range of stakeholders you will work with closely includes the Marketing Lead, Product Marketing Manager as well as the Product and Sales team. Your Responsibilities

  • Executing multi-channel campaigns in a B2B environment and defining yearly campaign strategy in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Identification and creation of content, based on an excellent understanding of target audience
  • Driving brand activation and customer engagement by setting the right tone of voice 
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns based on performance data analysis
  • Being Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Supporting with digital event management if needed

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in digital B2B multi-channel marketing, including account-based marketing and social media
  • Track record in strategizing and executing digital campaigns with proven success in brand activation and customer engagement 
  • Degree in the field of Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or similar
  • Expert knowledge in SEO / SEM focused content creation and delivery, incl. usage of marketing software tools (esp. Pardot or Hubspot, or similar)
  • Experience in coordination and supervision of sub-contractors and freelancers
  • Highly data-driven with a strong focus on tracking and optimizing campaign performance
  • Excellent communication skills with full business fluency in English
