Job Description

Halo Health is the secure clinical collaboration platform that eliminates delays in communication by unifying all communication channels (secure messaging, alert, voice) onto a single platform. Halo Health s seeking a full-time, Clinical Implementation Consultant to join our Clinical Implementation Team. This customer-facing role serves as a clinical workflow expert and provides best practice guidance for Halo Health’s core clinical workflows. The person in this role also serves as a trusted advisor to Halo Health’s customers, directly counseling clinical leaders and front-line clinical users of Halo’s core functions. This versatile professional will lead clinical design sessions with end-users, conduct workflow and data analysis, consult with customers on platform optimization in addition to capturing voice of customer to help drive product direction. This is a full-time remote position reporting to the Manager of Clinical Consulting. 
Serve as a clinical workflow consultant and expert advisor on Halo best practices 
Understand the hospital and ambulatory healthcare setting to create an effective clinical collaboration strategy that improves patient care and prevents clinician burnout. 
Work as part of a customer focused team to create and manage customer specific roadmaps, focused on core clinical workflows and clinical optimization across health systems.  
Partner with project manager(s) to provide implementation overnight and report on status of projects, identifying project risks, issues, and timelines.
Implement and monitor customer specific metrics and benchmarks to measure clinical workflow effectiveness. 
Build, configure and validate on-call schedules and roles to ensure proper clinical communication and collaboration. 
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide internal and external support and training. 
Build and cultivate relationships at the departmental and clinical levels for Halo Health Customers and serve as a trusted advisor to ensure voice of customer is brought back to product life cycle. 
Maintain a strong grasp of customer details to drive adoption, utilization, and expansion of Halo’s clinical collaboration platform 
Provide support to sales/marketing efforts when needed.
Undergraduate degree in healthcare, information systems or related field. 
4+ years’ Healthcare experience driving change in clinical workflows, process, and operational tactics of a healthcare organization. 
3+ years’ experience working with or in an acute or post-acute setting.  
Ability to travel up to 30% 
Understands clinical workflows around communication with on call services and physician schedules including pager and communication patterns. 
Worked with or supported clinical technology in a healthcare environment. 
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.  
Flourishes in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fluid environment, while maintaining ability to effectively prioritize customer demands.  
Excellent presentation skills; must be comfortable presents in front of both executives and end-users.
