Job Description

Halo Health is the secure clinical collaboration platform that eliminates delays in communication by unifying all communication channels (secure messaging, alert, voice) onto a single platform. This information empowers role-base communication which allows your team members to simplify collaboration with those on-call; removing the need to know the specific individual, they simply contact the role. Halo Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to perform complex analyses of data to develop reports and dashboards that are internal and client facing. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into insights to drive business values. This role will report to the Director of Product Offering and will work remotely.
·       Provides business leadership to facilitate the implementation of moderately complex business and analytic approaches
·       Works with internal and external stakeholders, technical architects, and developers to define the data requirements and structure for Business Intelligence (BI) applications
·       Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
·       Prepares analytic dashboards, reports and visualizations using SQL, Power BI, R and other tools to provide insights and help your stakeholders improve their performance
·       Incorporates analytical and problem resolution skills to effectively communicate analytic findings and approaches to management and staff.
·       Develops and writes moderately complex executive summaries for reports related to analytic findings and opportunities for program improvements
·       Investigates and mines data to discover areas of opportunity for improving health outcomes & closing member gaps in care. Works with cross-functional team members to assist in developing responses and action plans.
·       Provides assistance concerning the identification and resolution of moderately complex business and clinical problems and effectively communicates moderately complex information and developments to appropriate management and staff.
·       Design and develop BI Strategies to include assisting with ETL, data modeling and building new reports and dashboards.
·       Contribute to and implement data warehouse and data modeling best practices, keeping reliability, performance, scalability, security, automation, and version control in mind
·       Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other relevant academic field
·       2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
·       Advance Excel skills, Advance SQL skills
·       4+ years’ experience working with business intelligence tools (preferably Power BI or Tableau).
·       Extremely detail oriented and organized; highly quantitative and creative, passionate about using data to guide strategy
·       Self-starter, fast learner, and strong collaborator
Additional QUALIFICATIONS (preferred)
·       Programming or scripting experience for automating tasks a plus
