Job Description

Candidate Profile

The PM Intern is the person that supports the management of projects after they have been successfully sold by the sales and pre-sales department and coordinates all necessary activities and assigned resources from different departments in order to be able to achieve all project intermediate deadlines up to project completion, always maintaining a proper and relevant status reporting.

At Scytl the PMO is the central point of reference when it comes to project delivery. Therefore, the ideal candidate is a young professional who is flexible and resourceful enough to make things happen. As part of the PMO team the PM intern might participate in Electoral Ceremonies.

Responsibilities

    Take part in projects and assist Project Managers with daily organizational, management and planning tasks.
    Collaborate in writing project support documentation (Kickoff presentation, Information request document to configure elections, Meeting Notes, User Acceptance Test).
    Travel management for projects (tickets, hotels, logistics).
    Improve the PMO process documentation and templates.
    Create a catalog of estimations for our services based on our delivered projects data available in JIRA.
    Audit the project documentation and update if required.
    General tasks related to JIRA Software Development and Project Management Tool (project and category audit, timesheet and Extra effort review and follow up, annual update of holidays, rates per role and monthly update of exchange rates).

Requirements

    Studying a Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering.
    Excellent knowledge of English, French, and Spanish both spoken and written.
    Catalan will be a plus.
    Knowledge in software development lifecycles and requirements gathering.
    Good communication and written skills.
    Advanced user of Office package, especially Power Point, Project, Word and Excel.
    Knowledge in JIRA will be a plus.
    Availability to travel worldwide sometimes on a short notice.
    Results driven.
    Good team worker and influencer.
