At SalesLoft, our Strategic Program Managers are pivotal to our company’s success.  You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Strategic Services team and will help lead the management and project execution for SalesLoft’s most strategic accounts. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for leading the management and project execution for strategic accounts.   Specifically, you will:

  • Developing detailed program/project plans and managing all projects stated in the client statement of work, including but not limited to implementation, ongoing success, and executive business reviews.
  • Defining planning cadences and clearly communicating schedule and expectations across affected internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle to the stakeholders and the executive team.
  • Analyzing and mitigating program risks.
  • Overseeing day-to-day execution of each project.
  • Building trusted relationships with primary points of contact.
  • Strategic advisor to clients on their business challenges.
  • Manage internal and client teams' expectations.
  • Point person for internal team questions.
  • Forming trusted relationships with internal cross-functional teams .
  • Seeking out a deep understanding of the client's business.
  • Leading complex projects or programs and delivering quality work on time and on budget. 
  • Proactively identifying and optimizing process/resource efficiencies.


We are seeking a bias-towards-action, results-oriented, dynamic and innovative Project/Program Manager with experience working with enterprise clients.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager (PMP certification, strongly preferred)
  • Good understanding of, and experience working with enterprise clients; ability to execute with internal stakeholders to deliver on client commitments 
  • Exceptional communication skills. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be dynamic, innovative, and possess creative problem solving skills.
  • An initiator and a pusher. Has the urge and ability to make things happen and to solve practical problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective verbal/written communication skills, strong listening, negotiation and facilitation skills and the ability to develop and deliver program/project plans
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams within multiple geographic locations to meet demanding deliverables
  • Self-motivated, innovative, detailed-oriented professional with project management experience


  • Attend SalesLoft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our SalesLoft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique 
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the SalesLoft team, and assist your team on key projects 
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Meet key partners in Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Sales, etc. - they will be key relationships for you throughout your deal cycle
  • Become an expert in our strategic program methodology and processes


  • Begin owning and managing your own strategic programs
  • Confidently manage both internal and external program meetings
  • Execute detailed stakeholder updates to C-level executives, directors, and sales managers


  • Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Manage a full book of business
  • Continue to develop professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Continue to focus on your OKRs


  • Be considered a top-performing Program Manager on the team by consistently exceeding your goals 
  • Set an example for new Program Managers, and assist in training, onboarding and motivating new Lofters
  • Assist in creating and iterating on department processes
