Position Title: Human Resources Intern (HK)

Reports to: Head of Human Resources

 

Job Purpose: We’re looking for smart, passionate interns for a minimum 6-month long internship within our Human Resources department. If you have successfully performed by the end of the internship, we’ll want to bring you in as a paid employee.

 

What you will do:

  • Assist with recruiting and scheduling interviews with candidates
  • Conduct research for policymaking and implementing them
  • Organising events
  • Prepare HR-related documents or agreements
  • Managing employee files
  • Other general administrative tasks

Requirements

What you will bring:

  • Rising junior, senior, or fresh graduate studying Business Administration, HR Management, Sociology, Psychology or related disciplines. 
  • 6 months minimum, 5 days a week.
  • Professional work ethic: organizational skills, task prioritization.
  • Sense of urgency, and getting (the right) things done.
