Job Description

CloudPay is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner based in France to join and support the EMEA HR team, which is based in the UK. This role will be providing support for a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management and business partnering with our Supervisors across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior HR Manager, EMEA and support the other functions in the HR team. The role includes supporting & advising employees in HR policies & procedures and related regulatory or legal subjects as well as specific French legal requirements and processes, i.e CSE. This is a great opportunity to solidify your experience in French HR practices and gain a solid grounding in other European HR practices.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist
  • Good knowledge and understanding of French employment law and local practise
  • Ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • French and English language skills required
  • Experience or knowledge in French payroll would be a plus
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Provide support and advice for the EMEA Supervisors, including identifying trends and areas for improvement and working with the Supervisors to implement solutions
  • Provide input to develop and improve existing company policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Participate in pre-boarding, onboarding and new hire activities
  • Provide support for end-to-end employee life cycle, including answering queries, advising on HR policies & procedures and managing employee-related issues
  • Participate in offboarding activities which include exit interviews
  • Co-ordinate with our internal Senior HR Payroll Specialist
  • Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; advising on any required actions
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and projects
  • Point of contact for CSE Staff Delegate, managing the relationship and actions from regular meetings
