As an experienced Client Manager you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving client utilization and meeting monthly targets - implementation, launch, ongoing relationship, and renewals
- Service, manage, renew and execute against a portfolio of client accounts, driving key program outcomes such as enrollment, utilization and client satisfaction
- Provide business reviews for clients to review engagement, utilization, spend analysis and identify ways to improve or enhance their current benefit coverage
- Manage client issues and escalations, collaborate with partner teams such as clinical, operations, product, and sales as required
- Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them to maximize customer value and retention
- Create and drive communication strategy for kick-off of benefit and ongoing engagement throughout contract
- Engage regularly (minimum monthly) with clients to boost utilization of benefit among members and provide relevant Kindbody updates
- Convert clients into Kindbody advocates, leveraging their successes for references, case studies, blogs, etc.
- Develop tracking system and KPIs for managing accounts
- Partner with sales team to close prospective clients in sales cycle
We're Looking For You To Bring
- 10+ years experience in client management or client services role managing client relationship
- Strong track record of high client satisfaction ratings and proven renewal and upselling success
- Excellent project management and organizational skills in a high pressure environment, working with high value customers
- Ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment, as well as problem-solve
- Willingness to travel for key client meetings (as needed)
- Experience working in healthcare or with human resource professionals a plus
