About this role

We're building our Recruiting Operations team to help create consistencies in our processes, improve team efficiency, and allow for scaling. We're looking for an analytical and results-driven program manager who will lead programs to improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision making, and guide change management across the organization. You'll build structure into our processes and work with the People and Recruiting leadership team to provide the analytical support needed to inform strategic directions to help grow and scale Faire. 

What you'll do

  • Work with People and Recruiting leadership team to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
  • Actively lead and mentor our team of recruiting coordinators
  • Help manage and scale our recruiting systems and tools to maximize workflow efficiency, while enhancing the candidate and internal stakeholder experience
  • Audit our workflows and reporting methodologies for reliable reporting
  • Establish our data collection methodology and build recruiting dashboards for metrics, pipeline models, data visualization, and business reporting 
  • Ensure the foundational infrastructure of process, tools, systems, and frameworks make our Recruiting team more predictable, efficient and scalable
  • Creating and maintaining a capacity model, with data to drive future growth on the Recruiting team
  • Ensure all global processes meet SOX compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of Recruiting experience and have worked in a recruiting operations or project management position
  • You have at least 2+ year of direct management experience
  • Experience introducing tools, platforms, programs
  • Demonstrated change management experience
  • You have the creativity, flexibility, and the ability to problem-solve and navigate complicated situations
  • You are known for your attention to detail and track record of driving projects to completion and with high quality
  • Greenhouse experience is a plus
