THE ROLE

The mission of this role is to expand the Quartet Marketing team’s testing and implementation capabilities, including execution of testing strategy, tagging and experiments, and measurement analysis. This is a collaborative role that will work across Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing, Business Operations and Product. In this role, you will unlock and validate new opportunities for performance improvement across acquisition and engagement of Quartet users, with a strong focus on Patient populations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Testing

  • Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to align on testing strategy and upcoming testing initiatives.
  • Craft and run experiments and hypothesis testing that materially improves performance KPIs and health metrics, aligning with set goals.
  • End to end deployment of testing and implementation, including data gathering, analysis and reporting out on test performance.
  • Recognize data issues; investigate, troubleshoot, and propose solutions.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Creative stakeholders to measure performance and build a feedback loop that improves the strategy over time.

Implementation

  • Build and maintain quartethealth.com self-referral landing pages, including migrating, mapping, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Implement end-to-end execution of web experimentation.
  • Manage Google Tag Manager across all marketing-owned properties. Includes: implementation of tags/triggers; organization and hygiene of GTM accounts; debugging; passing performance data to multiple systems; proactively redacting sensitive user data.
  • Collaborate with web developers to integrate successful experiments into core site functionality.
  • Apply digital marketing strategies and best practices
  • Develop and champion new capabilities: triggered/dynamic content, personalization, leveraging exit intent signals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5+ years experience in rapid iteration testing, with a particular emphasis on web
  • 2+ years experience in direct to consumer marketing analytics, preferably in healthcare advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to determine and hit testing goals at significance, report out on results and make recommendations for further experiments
  • Proven track record of working with disparate data sets and working knowledge of at least one of the following: SQL/Python/R
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, and data platforms like Looker.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (certification required)
  • Functional understanding of web development languages (HTML/CSS/Javascript)
  • Web design experience with a focus on performance-based landing pages a plus
  • Takes pride in being a subject matter expert who evangelizes empirical, test-driven decision-making within their organization
  • Comfortable reporting on results to various stakeholders, including both ongoing and ad hoc rollups. 
  • Aptitude for finding creative solutions to difficult problems where conventional approaches have fallen short
