Your Mission
The VP of Marketing position is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of all marketing activities for a disruptive hypergrowth technology company with a global footprint. In this role, you will report to the CEO and oversee our marketing strategy while cross collaborating with other leadership teams and managing world-class talent within your own department.
We are seeking a visionary leader with a successful track record of marketing with early-stage startups to show the world we are and highlight our mission to dissolve language and geographic barriers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company by owning and directing all marketing initiatives
- Recruit, lead and manage the marketing team with a player/coach approach
- Sheppard the design and development of full-fledged marketing campaigns both regionally and globally
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to identify and execute new marketing opportunities that drive growth
- Identify trends and developments in the industry for KUDO to leverage
- Lead the curation of KUDO’s brand image
- Drive MQL targets in collaboration with the Director of Demand Generation
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to define and achieve quarterly goals
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of progressive career growth in marketing
- Familiarity and comfortability navigating in a hyper-growth SaaS startup environment with experience in B2B enterprises
- Globally-minded executive with deep experience in creative campaigns, social media strategies, brand strategy, managing teams, and identifying new market opportunities
- Possess a strong understanding of end to end brand management process
- Expertise in global marketing strategies and road mapping campaigns
- Proven track record of leading regionalized campaigns from ideation to deployment
- Experience hiring top talent domestically and internationally to foster a world-class marketing team
- Robust proficiency in platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a relevant field; MBA is preferred
