Job Description

The Scandit Talent Acquisition team is looking for a super organized and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator with a knack for keeping multiple plates spinning at the same time. As we are experiencing growth, you will be central to our success, helping to keep our recruitment efforts on track with candidate and colleague experience top of mind.

The ideal candidate is someone who truly enjoys organizing, is amazing with tech like G-Suite, ATS’ (we use Greenhouse) and other tools to ensure we’re on top of our game. You are a true candidate/employee experience advocate and want to make everything as efficient and enjoyable as possible. You’re naturally gregarious and create an atmosphere of fun that engages all those who interact with you.

Who you are

  • You enjoy managing people’s calendars and getting them to the right place at the right time. You take pride in getting things done quickly and with high quality
  • You have experience in a fast-paced coordination role
  • Multiple calendars feel like an advanced game of Tetris for you. You look at them and know how they all fit together in the most optimal way
  • You are sensitive to people’s needs and handle highly pressured situations with tact and empathy
  • You are creative in finding solutions and confident in trying to crack difficult nuts yourself at first, reaching out to the right resources for help if the solution is outside your control
  • You enjoy the buzz of a very busy team and being part of a high-performance organization
  • You will probably have worked in a fast growing or fast changing company and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and “get on with it” even if it’s not on your job description
  • Comfortable with tools of the trade (ATS (preferably Greenhouse), G-Suite, LinkedIn, MS Office)

What you will do

  • You will own the interview life cycle for candidates, ensuring they are scheduled for interviews and panel presentations as quickly as possible.
  • You will manage and coordinate a growing list of interviewers and panelists and schedule them efficiently, managing their availability in advance of requirements based on planning and experience.
  • Act as dependable point of contact for Talent Acquisition team, interviewers and candidates at various stages of the process.
  • Keep a watchful and creative eye on our processes and documentation and suggest improvements wherever they seem fit.
  • Manage event logistics, internal meetings, & travel (when able) for candidates.
