Your Mission

 

The Digital Marketing Specialist position is an outstanding opportunity to help lead and manage campaigns and perform marketing analytics for a hypergrowth technology company with a global footprint. You will play a major role to drive processes that enhance KUDO’s brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire new leads through various channels including social, digital advertising outlets, events, and others.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Analyze and report on organic and paid marketing funnels including traffic to KUDO’s digital outlets and other relevant channels such as SEM, paid ads, and posts on social platforms
  • Manage the deployment and performance analysis of marketing campaigns led by other team members
  • Enhance our existing MarTech stack while recommending new tools and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts
  • Perform analysis and present findings to team members and leadership with regards to campaigns, ad spends, and uniquely generated content
  • Manage the integrity of data on platforms such as Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend performance on ad campaigns and general developments across our target industries
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers, the Director of Demand Generation, and Content Specialists to deliver world-class marketing campaigns, events, and content
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against desired target outcomes in terms of ROI and KPIs
  • Work with external agency partners on marketing initiatives

 

Requirements

 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, growth, analytics, or a similar role
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and enterprise software startups
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and other reporting and analysis software
  • Ability to amalgamate findings from multiple data sources and articulate outcomes from marketing initiatives
  • An excellent communicator with a natural ability to articulate complex information in a simple manner
  • Experience planning, managing, and deploying campaigns across regions in tandem with other creative designers and marketing associates
  • Successful track record of launching ad campaigns, analyzing key marketing metrics, and identifying trends
  • Experience working on full-funnel growth analytics including A/B testing
  • Hands-on experience in website performance analytics
  • Executive and analyze both ad and marketing campaigns against targeted KPI metrics
