Your Mission


The Head of Demand Generation role at KUDO is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of a growing company's demand generation strategy. You will lead all activities in the scope of demand gen, overseeing marketing budgets to create powerful messaging that support the development of our go-to-market strategy. You will also lead the execution of key launches and campaigns that drive our business forward.


This role is cross-functional in nature and will require close collaboration with teams in marketing, sales, product, and client success.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Help KUDO launch new features to the world and build a global brand
  • Lead the creation, publication, and amplification of B2B SaaS targeted content in collaboration with other marketing specialists on the team
  • Build and deliver prospect and customer outreach campaigns via email, automation, and other platforms
  • Execute digital advertising initiatives; assist campaign planning and creative development, analyze performance, and optimize
  • Collaborate with Product Leadership to plan product-focused marketing that drives product awareness and adoption; promote product features and benefits
  • Create and implement customer engagement tools
  • Influence and improve our positioning and messaging across our marketing site, collateral, and revenue team
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership, to empower our revenue teams with your market intelligence and product mastery
  • Analyze, observe, and report on patterns and behavior in the market, establishing a critical partnership with product management




  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing and at least 1 years in B2B Enterprise SaaS required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar preferred
  • Experience with online marketing, including content marketing, advertising, SEO, and social media
  • Proven track record and experience building and leading complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Expert knowledge of Hubspot, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and other industry-standard marketing platforms & tools
  • Phenomenal verbal and written communications skills
  • Highly skilled creative content writer
  • A portfolio that showcases your content writing style and expertise
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • An acumen for design; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software (or similar) a plus
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and as an individual contributor
