The Bugcrowd Operations group is looking for an ambitious and motivated leader to head up our Program Operations group.

As the leader of the Program Operations group, you will directly oversee and guide the Support, Solutions Architect, Researcher Operations, and Researcher Growth groups within the organization - providing strategic direction across a wide array of initiatives and needs in a rapid-fire and constantly evolving environment.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • A history of leading delivery-oriented teams
  • Demonstrated past of executing at a high level
  • Ability to operate in tech-heavy and rapidly changing industry
  • Strong background in customer experience (CX) and success (CS)
  • Experience in cybersecurity, while helpful, is not required
  • Ability to provide strategic vision for the larger group, while also aggressively managing process efficiency
  • A keen eye for detail, and an intolerance for inefficiency
  • Developed soft skills that allow for effective communication across departments and teams (persuasion, empathy, EQ)
  • Ability to visualize, see the larger picture, and find uncommon solutions to common problems
  • Ability to learn complex concepts or softwares quickly, to enable a rapid understanding of how systems work

Responsibilities:

The Director of the Program Operations group will be responsible for overseeing the following units.

  • Solutions Architects (technical, post-sale resources responsible for helping setup and support engagements)

  • Researcher Success (made up of both Researcher Operations and Researcher Growth/Marketing, responsible for all things researcher-related)

  • Support (responsible for providing technical support for both clients and researchers)

Culture:

  • At Bugcrowd, we understand that diversity in the workplace is vital to a company’s success and growth. We strive to make sure that people are included and have a sense of being part of making Bugcrowd not only a great product but a great place to work.
  • We regularly hear from both customers and researchers that Bugcrowd feels like a family, and we strive to maintain that internally as well.
  • Our team consists of a broad range of people: musicians, adventure sports junkies, nature lovers, parents, cereal enthusiasts, night owls, cyclists, artists—you get the point.

Perks:

  • Competitive salary and stock options.
  • Opportunities to attend & host relevant conferences & meetups.
  • Flexible vacation time.
  • Exceptional medical, dental & vision coverage.
  • Generous allowance to build the workstation that suits you.
  • Company-sponsored off-sites and celebrations.
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits.
  • 401k.

At Bugcrowd, we are solving security threats and vulnerabilities that are relevant to everyone, therefore we believe solving these problems takes all kinds of backgrounds. We value the perspectives and experiences people from underrepresented backgrounds bring. We are a supportive & collaborative team who understand that reaching Bugcrowd’s potential depends on the happiness of the employee.

Background Checks:

The company is authorized to obtain background checks for employment purposes and may include identity verification, prior employment verification, personal and professional references, educational verification, and criminal history. Applicants with conviction histories will not be excluded from consideration to the extent required by law and will be reviewed on a case by case circumstance.
