Bumble is looking for an experienced, passionate and growth-oriented Director of LATM to help scale Bumble’s brand as the leading relationships and social networking app in the Latin America. Reporting directly to the VP, Global Marketing, you have a pulse on relevance and engagement. Under this leadership, you will be responsible for developing and leading the brand marketing strategy for Latin America as an integral partner to our global marketing leadership team based in Austin. You are an innovator who can evolve and grow the brand. You have a sharp focus on brand awareness and user acquisition strategies. You can write the roadmap for a world-class brand. You have a proven record of delivering successful campaigns that develop hearts and minds. You will lead and nurture a hard-working group of marketers (based in Mexico City), providing strategic leadership, while also working cross-functionally with global and regional teams.

  • Develop and drive brand strategy and integrated campaign execution to build the Bumble brand and unlock growth across LATAM
  • Develop an expansion plan for cities with growth potential within key LATAM markets
  • Deliver against brand health objectives while keeping Bumble’s core values at the heart of all marketing strategies
  • Lead creative and strategic regional marketing campaigns alongside always-on marketing efforts
  • Analyse consumer and audience insights to inform campaign and media planning 
  • Work collaboratively with global Communications, Partnerships, and Growth teams to drive progress against key business objectives
  • Identify, and prioritise local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities (events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc) and deliver campaigns or activations against them that drive brand awareness and user acquisition 
  • Ensure alignment of market activities with the brand strategy across the region that you lead
  • Leverage out-of-market learnings and adapt to market strategy; develop and share in-market learnings based on key successes and failures
  • Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring that the overall budget is distributed strategically to ensure goals are met 
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team; create a culture of collaboration & learning
  • Set strategic priorities & quarterly objectives/goals for local team members and agencies and problem solve and strategize to deliver against goals/ key KPIs


  • Demonstrated track record as a senior marketing and communications expert with direct experience leading highly visible integrated marketing campaigns in LATAM
  • Growing and leading large multi-million dollar campaigns for a relevant, hyper-growth brand
  • Background in consumer marketing or related marketing experience with a successful record of delivering work with measurable business results on time and on budget
  • A proven ability to grow and manage high-performance teams across a broad spectrum of levels and experience
  • Proven experience establishing KPIs and being the final point of accountability for commercial targets and business results
  • Practiced in working to tight deadlines, and adjusting to changes in priorities to balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and pivot accordingly
  • Extensive experience developing and executing marketing strategy
  • Previous work monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on brand awareness and user acquisition
