As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a Head of Information Technology to help define, manage, and maintain the technical systems, equipment, and processes that support the business. The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for defining a roadmap for operational technology deployment and will lead a team of IT Analysts and a IT Support / Help Desk team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and growing a team of IT professionals and interfacing with a variety of stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate has owned a variety of IT systems since Olive is a mixed environment supporting both the Mac and Windows platforms for our employees.

Olive is working to fundamentally change healthcare and the IT team will be critical in supporting these efforts moving forward. From a responsive help desk and tier one support team to the deployment of tools and technologies to protect our customer data the IT team is at the forefront of improving and supporting business processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop a team of IT professionals supporting both Tier 1 support as well as application support and ownership with a focus on customer satisfaction and risk avoidance.
Work regularly with the Human Operations team to define the best onboarding procedures and experience for new hires.
Work with the security team to help deploy tools and support the needs of an evolving security posture including the deployment of anti-malware solutions and identity management platforms.
Work with the Cloud Infrastructure leader to create clear separation of responsibilities between support of the production application and internal IT support initiatives.
Always be on the forefront of new technologies and recognize opportunities to deploy new capabilities in support of business objectives.
Define plans, roadmaps, and standard operating procedures for the team
Manage a technology focused budget aligned with business growth expectations.
Work with GM of Facilities to deploy networking and support technologies as new Olive Substations are brought online

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent information systems or information management degree preferred.
At least 7+ years of hands-on information technology and people management experience.
Experience with a variety of IT environments (Mac, Windows Linux).
Experience managing a traditional or Azure AD deployment.
Ability to produce, and drive others to deliver high quality deliverables and results.
A passion for outstanding customer service and experience managing a highly effective tier 1 help desk environment.
Experience with developing an IT budget and aligning roadmap to accommodate business growth goals.
