UserLeap is the first continuous research platform for modern product teams. Our targeted micro-surveys use artificial intelligence to help product managers and UX researchers easily obtain qualitative insights at scale and make informed product decisions in just hours. 

We’re growing and scaling quickly and looking for an experienced Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process. You will have a huge impact on the company's overall success of building out a talented team and hitting our growth goals. 

About the Role:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across different departments within the company
  • Drive the recruiting process by collaborating closely and building alignment with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and job boards
  • Ensure that all recruiting activity is accurately tracked in order to make data-driven decisions and find efficiencies in the process
  • Act as the main point of contact for every candidate in each step of the process and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to build and strengthen the candidate pipeline
  • Assist in all other areas of the company's recruiting process as needed

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates (In-house recruitment experience preferred) 
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing techniques
  • Experience with an ATS (We use Greenhouse!)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Results-driven and comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
