Job Description

Staffbase is seeking a Customer Success Enablement Manager ​to join our Customer Success team in Europe!

Global CS enablement has the mission to provide best skills and knowledge to our CS team members in order to empower our customers by delivering sustainable proven value with our Employee Experience solutions, services and knowledge.

The goal is to make our customer-facing teams the most productive, inclusive teams they can be so our customers, business and employees can grow better. 

As a Customer Success Enablement Manager, you will work with regional leaders, partners and the customer organization to understand and assess goals, increase performance and drive customer success  impact. 

Strong interpersonal but also analytical skills and great passion are key in making our customer-facing teams successful!

This role can be based in any of our European office locations. 

Your tasks include:

  • Create pull-on-demand training and resource content library for our internal customer teams (ENG/GER) 
  • Build a content library for external customer-facing documentation (ENG/GER) 
  • Head up our partner enablement by building a partnership enablement program, resources and conducting in-class webinars (ENG /GER) 
  • Establish mentorship/coaching program for customer success organization 
  • Join strategy projects

Your profile:

  • You have min. 2 years of working experience in a client-engaging environment such as Customer Success, Project Management, Enablement, E-Learning or B2B Consulting
  • English language fluency required (min. C1-level), German language proficiency beneficial 
  • Superior communication and facilitation skills
  • High degree of initiative and creativity
  • Ability to design, build and execute enablement programs: Video, Audio, Instructional Design
  • A passion for learning and all things human performance
  • As we believe that communication drives culture: practical experience with corporate and internal communications in large companies across multiple channels is a plus
