The role
You'll be crucial in delivering omnichannel checkout experience, which becomes a foundation for our strategic platform across all channels and geographies supporting a fast and frictionless purchase experience.

What you'll do

    • Rely on data-driven techniques to present and secure approval from senior management and other key stakeholders, as necessary;
    • Champion the needs of business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals;
    • Anticipate upstream and downstream impacts and work with internal business groups to adjust business tools and practices in order to support new features and functionalities;
    • Develop supporting business cases, including financial impact and benefits statements, to support feature/functionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences through persuasive oral and written presentations;
    • Respond to the needs of customers throughout the development process; analyze competitors and market trends; develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communications;
    • Participate in cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development - ideation, impact analysis, solution design, implementation and post-implementation activities;
    • With complete independence, write and approve user stories as part of an Agile project framework;
    • Work with engineering teams in order to deliver value to the company via product development flows and deliverables.

Who you are

    • Knowledgeable on e-commerce solutions and purchase flows (highly desired, marketplace and platform are a plus);
    • Able to think globally/strategically and frame new and complex issues;
    • A professional with solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships;
    • Passionate about developing customer-centric products and solving complex problems that impact multiple teams;
    • Technology enthusiast, proactive and dynamic with a strong orientation to detail;
    • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development;
    • Knowledge of the payments landscape and/or previous experience on fintechs would be a plus;
    • Very good communicator with a negotiation talent;
    • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory);
    • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
