About Springtide Child Development

Springtide is a VC-backed rapidly-growing company that offers family-centered care for children with autism and other developmental delays. We offer ABA, speech, occupational and physical therapies, and social skills classes all under one roof. Our experienced, interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to develop personalized care plans and evidence-based treatments all while using digital tools to transform the way behavioral care is delivered.

1-in-54 children are diagnosed with Autism in the US today, and there is a severe gap in both the quality and quantity of available treatment options. About the Role

Springtide is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA and BCBA-D) who will design effective ABA treatment programs, deliver quality care, and lead and oversee behavioral therapists to support children and families affected by autism. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Oversee and develop rigorous quality standards for ABA treatment aimed at creating exceptional client outcomes
  • Collaborating with other muti-disciplinary clinicians to incorporate evidence based strategies throughout daily treatment
  • Work side-by-side with management team to the develop supplemental services and technology dedicated to raising the standard of care in the ABA industry
  • Conduct new client assessments and initial treatment planning  
  • Deliver training, supervision and oversight to clinical and administrative staff 
  • Create individualized programming for clients and monitor outcome utilizing electronic data collection methods
  • Creating individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting functional analyses, and functional behavior assessments
  • Provide direct treatment to children and ongoing training & assistance to families as needed
  • Participate in research with leading academic institutions

Skills needed for success:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Outstanding clinical skills and experience 
  • Excellent leadership skills with a desire to grow and mentor a team 
  • Vision and passion for developing quality standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Licensed to practice by relevant state(s)
