Job Description

Ideal Candidate

  • Collaborate on a wide range of projects from online to print.

  • Contribute to setting and defining a company’s brand vision.

  • Build out a brand illustration library of creative assets accessible to team members, vendors and freelancers.

  • Manage small to large-scale projects independently.

  • Create high-quality work that delights customers, meet company objectives that reflect the brand principles

  • Work with leadership to evolve our processes, tools, and systems to ensure we're creating great, consistent work.

  • Manage ambiguity effectively, and influence the direction of the projects by identifying and defining new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of professional design and illustration experience.

  • Excellent design craft with an eye for detail and consistency.

  • Proficiency with design tools like Adobe suite and Figma.

  • Experience working with and evolving brand guidelines and systems.

  • Strategic thinker, able to see an idea through from concept to execution

  • Great communication and time management skills.

  • Excellent graphic design skills (layout, typography, color).

  • Working knowledge of Motion Graphics and Interaction Design.
