Senior Manager of Revenue Operations
We are looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to grow and lead our operations. This position will be collaborating across the business to drive initiatives, improve efficiency, and lead the Revenue Operations team. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has a combination of strong analytical and problem-solving skills while working at a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment. This role requires a unique combination of skills across all revenue operations functions of the business, and change management skills including a strong balance of business strategy and analytics, systems and technology design, process design, and implementation. In this role you will build and execute core operational processes while maintaining the infrastructures that power them.
What You'll Do:
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales, marketing, customer success/usage, payments, and operational metrics and delivering regular insights and recommendations for improvement to the business
  • Identify, plan, and execute on corporate projects across the business. This includes interpreting business requirements, providing accurate estimates, and meeting deadlines on deliverables
  • Generate, operationalize, and report on sales, customer success and marketing data to include standard KPIs, reports, and dashboards
  • Leading the design, development, and delivery of monthly Leadership Reviews
  • Document and share processes, data flows, etc., to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Establish and maintain adaptability of systems and scalable processes that ensure best practices are in place
  • Maintain and optimize business processes based on best practices and business requirements
  • Manage the evaluation and interpretation of sales data to identify trends and convert insights into actionable processes and tactics
  • Evaluate all other revenue tech stack tools for enhancements of workflows, stay on top of trends and tools to improve business outcomes
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams outside of Revenue to achieve overall business KPIs, including Finance to ensure operational tracking supports revenue forecasting activities
Senior Director of Revenue Operations Qualifications 
  • 10 years of experience in a Revenue or Sales Operations position; Technology or SaaS experience required.
  • Supervisory and leadership experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using a MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and BI tools; SQL, SFDC, or Power BI preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
  • Strong reporting, query, and analytical skills.
