Job Description
The Senior Solution Developer/Engineer role will work on the Solution Platform offering from Ripcord. The successful candidate will be expected to work within the delivery team for customer deliverables but to also work with the engineering teams to provide feedback to build out customer requirements.
- lead projects from inception through execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to current customer problems
- learn and understand our customers and our product domain deeply
- plan, design, develop, test, and support our customer requirements leveraging our solution platform (digitization, data enrichment and content management services.
- Study of customer’s business practices to ascertain key requirements and develop logic and workflow for downstream processes.
- Put our users first, and understand their objectives and pain points in order to propose appropriate product solutions
- Experience working on multiple projects from scratch to explore problems and solutions in rapid, iterative fashion

Technical Skills:
- 10+ years of Software Implementation experience, especially in content management projects
- Experience with the latest Microsoft Desktop and Server platforms
- Experience with Cloud solutions
- Experience in creating tools for integration with REST API
- Experience with database architecture
- Experience in Document Capture industry
- Experience in developing with Java or equivalent is a plus
- Experience with object oriented design a plus
- Experience in using Regular Expressions (RegEx) is a plus
