Job Description

Homage is looking for a passionate Talent Specialist aligned with its mission to transform the way people access caregiving and health services and improve their lives through technology-enabled healthcare solutions. You will represent the company in hiring key talents across the region. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end to end recruitment for assigned roles within the company
  • Training internal hiring managers on recruitment in general as well as managing expectations
  • Report on hiring KPI's on a weekly basis to key stakeholders
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all things talent related, from compensation, competitive landscape to engagement strategies
  • Point of contact for partnerships with government institutions
  • Take on non-recruitment work within the People Operations team from time to time
  • Reports directly to the Head of People
  • Contract to Permanent role

Requirements

  • 2-4 years direct hands on recruitment experience
  • Must be able to manage end to end recruitment cycle with minimal supervision
  • Able to understand and communicate complex compensation models
  • Strong communicator
  • Start up experience a plus
