Job Description
As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a solutions engineer to join our team. You will manage all technical aspects of sales, including clients onboarding. Working with a talented and agile core team, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and make an impact. You’ll join at an ideal time to make a big impact. As our first Solutions Engineer at a fast-growing company, you’ll help define the role at Granulate.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Successfully match customer needs/requirements to proposed solutions.
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
- Manage all technical aspects of the sales and POC process.
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to assist in the building of new relevant features.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a sales engineer.
- Willingness and ability to travel 30% of the time.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.
- Previous experience in B2B / SaaS / Cloud / Devops sales.
- Team player who is eager to be an early adopter of new technologies.
