Job Description

We are seeking a Data Entry Representative to work in our Des Peres, MO office. This is a full time temporary position working Monday – Friday 8am– 4:30pm. The function of this position is to perform data entry.



  1. Type minimum 45 wpm.
  2. 10 key by touch.
  3. Insert patient and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from hospital system into internal accounting system.
  4. Edit and/or create PDF files.
  5. Respond to client and attorney queries for information and access relevant files.
  6. Follow HIPAA guidelines.



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High School diploma required.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Exchange email required.
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, as well as to interact in a professional manner with colleagues, patients, public, and client’s staff members.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills a must
  • Ability to multi-task; excellent organizational and planning skills required.
